A lot has happened to the old Mike Tyson Manor since it was sold for $4.1 million to rapper/”actor” 50 Cent. For one, the house number was changed from 46 to 50, for obvious reasons, just like how the home is now on the market for Nine-million nine-thousand nine-hundred and ninety-nine dollars… and 50 cents.
You would most certainly expect just a few amenities, especially with a near $6m (and 50 cents) sale price increase, right? Well for instance, all 21 bedrooms have their own kitchen, dining and living rooms, and the master suite has a second floor with his and her bathrooms both with walk-in shoe closets and dressing rooms. How’s that for ghetto luxury straight from the gutter?
But for a 10-million dollar sale price there’s got to be more…
The home has 52 rooms in total, such as a conference room, a two-story atrium, 4 kitchens, and a home theater which seats 8 people and is complete with separate his and her bathrooms. The property also sports an entire gymnasium, a full “personalized” basketball court, a racquetball court, a tennis court, a pond, an eight-car garage, 5 Jacuzzis, infinity edged indoor and outdoor pools, and a waterfall grotto. That’s right, I said waterfall grotto… GANGSTA!
And what house isn’t complete without an indoor shooting range, helicopter pad, or a 3,500 square foot nightclub equipped with a DJ booth, lighted dance floor, “dancing” pole, bar and an adjacent casino and billiards room?
All in all it’s a home for someone who can live outlandishly outside their own gross net income and already has everything they need… except for a nightclub inside your home with more square footage than most modern houses!
